Exploring
You need to understand your environment before investing in more services. A diagnostic gives you clarity on risks, hidden costs, and opportunities.
→ Start with an assessment
Operating
You want a team that handles daily operations, monitoring, and incident response so your internal team can focus on the business.
→ Monthly managed service
Solving something specific
You need technical support for a concrete task: configure a server, migrate a workload, fix an incident, or review a Linux environment.
→ Spot support or project
Scaling
Your operations are stable and you want to add assisted after-hours coverage or extended support.
→ Coverage add-ons
Assessments
If you're not yet sure where to prioritize, start with an assessment focused on risks, costs, and real opportunities.
Architecture, operations, and security review with a prioritized improvement plan.
Request assessment →Find critical risks and immediate savings opportunities without compromising performance.
Review my environment →Validate RTO/RPO and strengthen recovery against failures, ransomware, or human error.
Improve resilience →Define scope, target architecture, and a realistic migration plan before moving workloads.
Prepare migration →Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases with a technical roadmap and business metrics.

Common questions about AWS, support, costs, AI automation, and how we work — answered before the first conversation.
CloudTing helps companies in Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Chile and across LATAM migrate, operate, and optimize AWS environments. The focus is on security, operational continuity, cost optimization, technical support, and AI applied to real processes.
AWS is our main specialty, but we can also support Linux operations, cPanel, Cloudflare, monitoring, and complementary components when they are part of the client environment.
It includes an initial review of the environment to detect risks, optimization opportunities, and work priorities. It typically covers architecture, security, operations, costs, and actionable recommendations for the next step.
Yes. CloudTing can review consumption, detect waste, prioritize savings quick wins, and propose FinOps actions without compromising performance, security, or service continuity.
The 7x5 support covers operational attention during business hours, with monitoring, incident management, and technical guidance according to the contracted scope. SLAs and additional coverage can be defined for further needs.
It is an add-on for the hours outside 7x5 support. Every alarm is classified automatically by severity, and if it matches a runbook the client approved in writing, the action runs on its own and is logged. Anything not authorized escalates to a team member. It is not a 24/7 human on-call rotation and it does not replace AWS Support.
CloudTing can work with both small companies and growing organizations, as long as there is a real need in AWS, cloud operations, security, migration, or automation.
The fastest channel is usually WhatsApp Business or the site form. If the case calls for a more structured conversation, you can also book a call via Google Calendar.
